By Nick Muscavage (January 12, 2022, 3:15 PM EST) — New Jersey-based Saiber LLC recently brought on a new partner in its gaming law practice who previously served as the director of gaming operations for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Kevin C. Hayes joined Florham Park, New Jersey-based Saiber from gaming law boutique Doherty Hayes LLC on Monday, the firm announced. Before entering private practice, Hayes served in several leadership roles for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, including director of gaming operations.
He said he decided to make the switch to Saiber because of the firm’s stellar track record in counseling a range of gaming clients.
